[MacPerl] MacPerl wish list

I wish MacPerl had:

* Drag Manager interface

* Color Picker interface

* A nicer method for serial port access

* A way to tell MacPerl "don't spin the cursor right now". (Currently,
MacPerl spins the beachball cursor unless you call WaitNextEvent
regularly. This is inconvenient for some applications, especially
Navigation Services calls and tracking clicks on button-like things.)
