Bart, how so? In all capital letters at the top of the file, it says to disregard the installation instructions. I am just stating a self-evident fact: if you can't follow directions, you can't follow directions. >>I do not like, at all, the idea of changing docs. Good thing there is nothing totally irrelevant in the distribution. :) I say that with a smile, but I do really mean it. >What's the need for all this intimidation? I don't see anyone stating a need for any intimidation. I don't know what you are referring to. >Only absolute newbies will >ever attempt to read these docs. Well, I did have the idea to move the other readme to README.orig or somesuch ... I would not even be opposed to moving it to a subfolder called "Original Documentation". But I will ask you the same thing I asked Matt: aside from the README, are there any other docs you are referring to here? If so, I'd like some specifics about what you're talking about. -- Chris Nandor mailto:pudge@pobox.com http://pudge.net/ %PGPKey = ('B76E72AD', [1024, '0824090B CE73CA10 1FF77F13 8180B6B6']) # ===== Want to unsubscribe from this list? # ===== Send mail with body "unsubscribe" to macperl-request@macperl.org
