My clean install has no Dialects folder at all, FWIW.  It doesn't really
mean anything either way, I think, since the lack of it does not mean that
dialects could not be added by having a folder created later ... but I am
pretty sure there will not be dialects anymore.

Kinda like watching small, shiny objects in the sunlight.  Look at the
pretty colors!  :-)
