I'll try it out. I've been having so much fun with Chris's suggestion, I haven't had time. It sounds like MPEdit is closer to what I originally wanted. I wonder if those features could be rolled into the next version of the IDE? Why have an IDE that is so limited--why not upgrade it? Is it because no one uses it, and we don't want to regret not having features when we are in (MPW, BBEdit, Alpha, etc)? :) Or we don't care because we don't use it? Is anyone working in the source to MacPerl right now besides Matthias Neeracher?
