Which fails (or can) if you have two volumes named "Macintosh HD" mounted,
which is perfectly legal in Mac OS.

Fixed by "if it hurts don't do it" much of the time, but could bite someone
who was copying from an old drive or machine to a new one (just the sort of
time you don't want odd events, particularly if paying a consultant by the
hour to do it).
