[MacPerl] backgrounding MacPerl & cgi's

Hi
I need to run a webserver with CGI's on a standalone machine (i.e. no
network) in a shop. I want to show only a browser and don't want the
user to mess with MacPerl or the cgi script.

Is there a way to run a cgi or Macperl in the background, so that it
is not visible in the applications menu?

Thanx

Axel
