Don't waste too much time with this.  The versions of LWP and URI are
so old they're not worth having.

After you install MacPerl, go to Chris Nandor's site
<http://pudge.net/macperl> or his CPAN directory and get the latest
cpan-mac.  Install that, and you'll have nearly the latest version of
LWP and URI.  Run CPAN.pm, and you can easily get the latest from
CPAN.  They both do work on 68k Macs.
