Ditto. Exactly my work style and preferences. "Unix" broadly defined,
flavor-wise, including Linux.

Check The List. Try "Locate by Area Code". Most ISPs state their CGI
policies in the listings; otherwise, you can email, visit their web site,
or phone to find out.
