[MacPerl] Avoid File-Spec-0.8

The latest File::Spec, 0.8, released with 5.6 and as a separate 
package, also appears to be broken.  I don't know what's wrong yet. 
File-Spec-0.7 is still in KJALB's directory in CPAN, and that works. 
If you use 0.8 with CPAN.pm-1.52, files will wind up unpacking in the 
wrong place in the :.cpan:build folder, where 0.7 works fine.
