Unfortunately, mail delivery to the list archives for the last month or
so has been spotty -- I've been trying to trace the source of the
changes with little luck.  I believe I have copies of all mail locally,
and expect to restore the last six weeks' worth on the affected lists
(and probably come up with a replacement mail-delivery scheme) by Sunday
afternoon.  The new -scribes list archive will appear at the same time.

Archives older than February are unaffected, and I'll update the search
index when I replace the missing mail.
