 Not exactly, but in the interest of free speech- in Alpha, for those of us
who use it, you can put Perl scripts directly in to the 'Text Filters'
folder found at the end of the following path 'Alpha =9F:Tcl:Packages:Text
Filters', which will then appear on the Text Filters menu, I use this to
print out a boiler plate 'New Doc", plus filtering various oddments (be
sure to check your filter options). You will also have to set up the 'Text'
mode so that the Perl menu is visible, should you want to use Per; filters
directly on text documents
