[MacPerl] Tutorial (revised)

Hi,

I've added more chapters to the tutorial (now at 7) which will make up 
the first part of the tutorial as I intend to release it. 

However, I kindly ask you (whether expert or layman) to take a look at 
it. From laymen I hope to hear what I don't explain in an understandable 
fashion. From experts I'd like to hear about my mistakes.

As it is only through a joint effort that a great tutorial can be 
developed, and more people attracted to MacPerl and to the Mac, please

If you have any problems with the download, please tell me. I'm a newbie 
at this.
