XML::Checker requires XML::Parser, basically, external to libxml-enno. Since XML::Parser works fine on MacOS, theoretically so should XML::Checker. XML::DOM and XML::XQL certainly do. Incidentally, I have not yet bothered to build XML::Parser 2.28 on MacOS. With 5.6 MacPerl on the horizon I am loathe to create more extensions for 5.20r4. This extension can be built for the current MacPerl by anyone with MPW or Codewarrior. Unless someone _really_, _really_ needs 2.28, as opposed to 2.27 (currently available on MMP), I'm probably going to wait... Arved Sandstrom Quoting "M.
