[MacPerl] OSX & MacPerl

   I don't think that is at all true.  Granted Perl installs by 
default on OSX, but there is still a lot of other support that will 
need to be rewritten.  I envision that MacPerl in the future will 
pretty much be the libraries needed to interface with OSX, and other 
Mac oddities.
