[MacPerl] Mac-Navigation

It seems that Mac::Navigation.pm is not readily available and as 
there have been a couple of requests for it recently I have put a 
copy of it on:

	http://www.afco.demon.co.uk/

One bug in the original version has been fixed but there may be 
others which have not come to light.

Two simple example scripts have been added which I hope will be useful.
