[MacPerl] magic missing modules

Some of the demonstration scripts on macperl.org references these modules:

	Mac::Sound
	Mac::LowMem

I have 5.2 on my system, and can't find these anywhere. Are they part of
the standard dist? I didn't see them on CPAN either.
