But language comparison is Fun With Perl! 'cos you can usually demonstrate
how much more Fun Perl is than language XXX.

I'll admit that language comparison on FWP should be have a different
criteria for judging languages than any other mailing list. The FWP
criteria should be is "Can you have more Fun with language XXX than you
can have with Perl? Yes / No and some examples."

I'll admit those like myself (fortran, c, c++, scheme, lisp, pascal,
perl, dcl, awk, bash, algol, assembler, R, actor, basic, xml...)  who
collect languages have slightly warped senses of FUN, but please don't
rain on our parade.

There Is More Than One Way To Have Fun With Perl.
