My best guess is either site_perl wasn't that way on install of cpan-mac.
If it was, I would be surprised.  But stranger things have happened.
Unfortunately, on all my tests, the install works fine.  If anyone else
having this problem on install can isolate the problem, I'd be grateful.
Since I cannot reproduce it, I will instead ignore it.  :D

It is probably the case that Stuffit did NOT convert the newlines for you.

I think I will add this to the unpacking code that untarzipme uses (which
is also the same code used by CPAN.pm and installme for unpacking, in
ExtUtils::MM_MacOS, so it will work across all unpacking).
