Sorry, false alarm. E-mail wrapping caused on of the XML lines to be broken. I just repaired it, and the script now silently finishes, which is good. So now all I can suggest is to go to Arved Sandstrom's CPAN directory (CPAN/authors/id/A/AS/ASANDSTRM) and see if there's a later build of XML::Parser available, since you say you're using 2.20. 2.23 is the latest working version, and Arved has it available on CPAN.
