OK, I have updated the Configure.mpw and README.Configure.mpw at that
location. I have now added searches for system resource source files:

{RIncludes}SysTypes.r
{RIncludes}Types.r
{RIncludes}Cmdo.r
{RIncludes}BalloonTypes.r
{RIncludes}AEUserTermTypes.r
{RIncludes}AERegistry.r
{RIncludes}AEObjects.r
{RIncludes}MPRsrc.h

Does that look OK? Should I be checking a folder other than {RIncludes}?
Note that I found those just by looking for include statements in several
other .r files, so I could be missing some. Note that I have not
attempted to search for .r files that will presumably come with perl
and/or MacPerl (e.g. MPTerminology.r) since their presence is already
checked by going over the MANIFEST files.
