What are group thoughts on bundling XML::Parser? As far as the API is
concerned it is quite stable, and a current version will serve people
well into the future.

I realize that this is sort of on the dividing line between fundamental
and nice-to-have, but it's an idea. Speaking of which, when we move
MacPerl up to 5.6 land, then the ltxml stuff by Ken MacLeod becomes viable.
