Hi, I've started to develop a multimedia based CGI scripting tutorial (Perl). I'm currently working on the upload chapter. I show people how it is done. With my ISP, all I need to enter is the server name, my user name and the password. That is, I don't have to specify the path to the space on the server reserved for me: I automatically end up there. The question is: Is that a standard courtesy, or should I tell people to find out about the path?
