You mentioned having trouble with Quid Pro Quo. I have had problems if I try to start QPQ in the wrong config (accidentally =) ). Using the wrong settings kills QPQ, and once it has died it seems to corrupt the preferences, so I have to reconfigure it from scratch. I have even had to reinstall it to get it working again. Not life threatening, but extremely annoying if we are up against a deadline! From my previous experience of PWS, it doesn't run SSI's and I never got it to run CGI's as I recall. I'll have to give it another try.
