Apple Menu Options conflicts with the world, including other pieces of
System 7.5. Your best choice is to dump it entirely. Either Menu
Choice (what I use) or BeHierarchic will give you the same or better
functionality, and both are available in the Info-Mac archives. Menu
Choice gives me absolutely no trouble with MacPerl or anything else.
