Would it be difficult and/or unreasonable to have some variable
$Macperl::UNIX_Epoch which, if set, would use the 1970 date instead of
1904?  I can certainly see where both would be useful, but 1904 should
stay the default to accomodate the current wealth of Macperl scripts
written around it.
