[MacPerl] MacPerl 5 Error w/ AppleShare 4.2.1

I am running MacPerl 5.1.0r2b2 on the following configuration:

 - Workgroup Server 8550/132
 - System 7.5.5
 - AppleShare 4.2.1

If I have AppleShare running and I execute a MacPerl ACGI, the cgi hangs
(and if MacPerl happens to be running too it errors with a Type 3 error).

If AppleShare is NOT running then the cgi script works fine-no errors.

Any ideas?
