I've long wanted a Speak Text ... extension for BBEdit. There's probably one out there, but I've never looked (heck, there might even be one on the CD). Anyway, I saw the new Speech.pm, so I tried it out. Here's my question now: once you get the speech going, how do you stop it short of quitting MacPerl? Anyone got any ideas? #================================================================ perl -e 'srand();if(rand>.5){$i=0;foreach(@ARGV){@$i=split(//);$z [$i]=0;foreach(@$i){$s[$i][$z[$i]]=$_;$z[$i]++;}$i++;}foreach(@s) {foreach(@$_) {print}print" ";$_++}}else{print(join(" ", @ARGV))} print"\n"' McClellan Clan Motto: Think On Chris Nandor pudge@pobox.com PGP Key 0xB76E72AD http://pudge.net/
