[MacPerl] New version of Shuck released

All the recent discussion has motivated me to complete a minor overhaul
of Shuck.

Shuck 1.1 is now at ftp://err.ethz.ch/pub/neeri/MacPerl/Shuck_11.sit.bin

Release Notes:

The lookup menu item would display garbage when text was selected in a
window [Juergen Christoffel].

Added AppleEvent [misc/mvis] to look up words in the index [John
Blackburne]. To access this event from AppleScript, just write e.g.

	tell application "Shuck" to Show "$ARGV"

Added subtle indicator while a search in a partially parsed file is in
progress [Bart Lateur].

Substantially cut back on memory consumption. While the basic problem that
Shuck crashes when memory runs out persists, it's now much harder to make
Shuck run out of memory.
