Oops!

The =AB should be Option-\ and the =BB should be Shift-Option-\.  These are
the double guillemet characters, also known as chevrons, and look sort of
like this: "<<" and ">>".

MacPerl is recordable, to my surprise and delight, and I found out the
syntax by recording something, and then piecing it together with what I
wanted to do.
