Bizarre.  MacHTTP 2.2 and WebSTAR both call themselves MacHTTP/2.0, butone
returns HTTP_ACCEPT and one does not.  Of course, WebSTAR is newer.  I also
got word that the ZNET server works:

HTTP_ACCEPT: image/gif, image/x-xbitmap, image/jpeg, image/pjpeg, */* for
Apache/1.2b4 and Mozilla/2.02 (Macintosh; I; 68K)

So, I guess it does work.  I was wrong.  I am evil.  But apparently a few
(several?) Mac servers do not properly report this information.
