[MacPerl] remote machine

How would one (in MacPerl) communicate via AppleEvents with a remote machine?

i.e.,

$script = <<EOS;
tell application "Finder" of machine "File Server"
        restart
end tell
EOS
&Mac::DoAppleScript($script);
__END__

But using Mac::AppleEvents instead.
