[MacPerl] DB_File creates a whole bunch of temp files

Maybe someone has noticed it already. DB_File clutters the working
directory with lots of temp files named like

/tmp/bt.000001
/tmp/bt.a00001
/tmp/bt.b00001

I tried to glob and then unlink these files, but apparently MacPerl's glob
is uncomfortable with mixing Mac and Unix paths.
