[MacPerl] MacPerl 5.1.4b2 Source Code released

It's at ftp://err.ethz.ch/pub/neeri/MacPerl/Beta/ (no bonus points for
guessing).

A few notes:

 - This release should contain all of the source code to build Perl and live
   happily ever after. However, you need dmake, available from
   ftp://err.ethz.ch/pub/neeri/Misc, and of course CodeWarrior (CW Pro 1 should
   work best).
 - Install CodeWarrior normally.
 - Do CodeWarrior MPW installation with flat headers (in
   {MPW}Interfaces:MWCIncludes).
 - Now install the obsolete ANSI libraries, too:
   - Put the (Obsolete ANSI Libraries) folder from the CD into the
     "Metrowerks CodeWarrior" folder.
   - Copy the ANSI header files from this folder into a folder
     {MPW}Interfaces:OldMWCIncludes:, the 68K libraries into
     {MPW}Libraries:OldMW68KLibraries, and the PPC libraries into
     {MPW}Libraries:OldMWPPCLibraries.
 - Install dmake and unpack the MacPerl source distribution.
 - Build folders in roughly the following order:
   - Change into the :sfio:src:sfio folder and BuildProgram all. Same for
     :sfio:src:sfdisc.
   - Open the GUSI.m project in :GUSI:Projects and build at least SfioGUSI 68K,
     PPC, CFM68K, MPWGUSI and GUSIDispatch (You can build all).
   - Open the XL.m project in :XL and build all.
   - Open the db.m project in :db and build all.
   - Open the AEGizmos4Perl.m project in :AEGizmos and build all.
   - Change into the :GD folder and BuildProgram all.
   - Change into the :perl folder and BuildProgram all.
   - Change into the :macperl folder and BuildProgram all.
