[MacPerl] More Shucking & alpha pod mode

A couple more things I would like to see in shuck:

A "re-load" from file command (with an appleEvent to invoke). This is
useful to update the display when you are editting the pod file and want to
see the effet of your changes.

A navigation menu to list and navigate to say, all the heads (maybe even
items).

I'm working on a mode in alpha to edit pod files, any ideas for features
you would like to see will be appreciated.
