[MacPerl] Perl module installation

You do not have to do any of this for the Macintosh
versions of the software. Look for the files which have
the ".hqx" on the end of them (or the ".pm"). These are
either Macintosh files (ie: the .hqx ones) or Perl
components (ie: the ".pm" files) which should plug in
without any changes. The rest are either the IBM or Unix
versions and should not be used. (ie: If it requires you
to compile the program - it's probably a Unix file.)
