That's because I hadn't *intended* to migrate it before I had a
small updater ready. The changes between 5.1.8r4 and 5.1.9r4 are really
extremely trivial, and unlikely to make any difference for 99.9% of users
(That is, pretty much everybody but Chris, Frank, and Rich :-).

5.1.9 is now on SunSite, but don't expect a big announcement and don't upgrade
if you don't have bandwidth to spare.
