	I do not know enough to even fully _understand_ the problems your
are experiencing with MacPerl, but I have just now noted the _date_ that is
being reported by your eMail ->11/28/97<- . Perhaps your Mac is due for a
new PRAM battery ? (this _may_ even have a something to do with your
MacPerl prob's ?)
