There appears to be some strangeness in PC Exchange.  The "File::Find" 
routine fails on DOS diskettes because ":" is not recognized as a 
directory.  The "finddir" subroutine does an "opendir" on "$current_dir", 
which is set to ":".  That works just fine on Mac diskettes, but on a DOS 
diskette, the ":" doesn't seem to be recognized. Not sure just how that 
can be, but smells like a bug in PC Exchange.
