The latest version of MacPerl (right now, 5.1.9r4) should always be
available from CPAN in:

    $CPAN/ports/mac/

Where $CPAN is your favorite CPAN site:

    http://www.perl.com/CPAN/ports/mac/
    http://cpan.perl.org/ports/mac/
    ftp://ftp.duke.edu/pub/perl/ports/mac/

etc.

Also, you can go to the primary FTP site for MacPerl:

    ftp://sunsite.cnlab-switch.ch/software/platform/macos/perl/

And you can also go to the MacPerl pages, where links are usually kept updated:

    http://www.ptf.com/macperl/
