Just go to Chris Nandor's web site <http://pudge.net/macperl/> and get the
pre-compiled version of MIME::Base64.  Whenever you download something from
CPAN, ignore the installation instructions.  Running the Makefile.PL, even
if you could, would do you no good at all.

Any time you have a script that uses modules in a serious way, you're going
to need a lot more memory than MacPerl is set up to use by default.  I
generally set the memory partition for MacPerl to 7.5 Mb.
