[MacPerl] Nobody can help? http uploads

Hey all,
  I posted once before but nobody responded.  Is anybody familiar with
http uploads on the MAC and how to address the fork issue.

Any help would be much appreciated 

(except those saying "just have them stuff it first)


Just trying to make an http upload that is easy and user friendly and
deal with the form issue on our end instead of teaching them how to do
it.
