Except that Mr. Llosa's original request was to effect a seamless,
effectively macbinarized upload of a double-forked file without asking
the encoding user to first download anything, or take any substantial
steps.  His users are unlikely to have MacPerl installed.  

I'm still unaware of any mechanism by which this request might come to
pass.
