[MacPerl] Runtimes

Hi, all

This came up in connection with the txt2pdf script that I'm helping Yvon
Thoraval with (which works fine). He tried to make a runtime, and found
that portions of the library path were not being used.

Runtimes are the only Save As option I've never used, but everything
else has always worked fine, and so when I wrote
just a little test script and saved that as a runtime, I was surprised to
see the same thing. I finally wrote a script that 'use''s nothing, and
printed out @INC from the runtime, and it's only identifying libraries in
my user path, and one default - Dev::Pseudo. The MacPerl::lib path is not
being retained.

What gives?
