I think that your feelings and opinions are valid on this matter, but different folks want to do things different ways. If a MacPerl programmer/Mac admin wants to use MacPerl to do stuff on a user's computer, and they need to hide MacPerl from the user so the user does not delete it or break it, then I want to help find a solution.
