There's a GNU diff that comes with Alpha.  It's driven by Apple Events; I
just launched it and it has no user interface.  Someone who knows Tcl and
MacPerl's Apple Events can probabaly easily translate the driver.

I've never seen a standalone patch.  A quick search of Info-Mac shows
nothing useful.  Doesn't sound like the kind of tool the average Mac user
would need.
