It's possible. WebTen is essentially a "cut down" MachTen with an
"invisible" Unix execution environment.

WebTen uses the Apache API. WebTen _is_ Apache. (at present Apache 1.2.3 +
fixes, not quite Apache 1.3)

I don't know what WebStar uses but I don't think it's precisely Apache.
