[MacPerl] relative url's

Thanks for the idea's,

I will keep on researchin.
Unfortunately the 4 books i have and the 5 websites i researched don't
seem to cover my need for a generic perl statement in the sub routines
to identify where my graphics are after it parses and moves the document
to the cgi-bin folder. Except for the print "<BASE HREF=\

Believe me, i wish they did.
