Well, you can have this Today.  I posted a script called
"fill_macperl_help.plx" and Peter Hartmann posted a revision of it called
"fill_macperl_help_rev.plx".

One of the things it did was find the title of the pod doc and put that in
the menu with the pod's filename in parens.

I think the contents of a MacPerl README can't really be nailed down until
the distribution is about ready, since I don't think anyone yet knows what
the next version is going to require in a README.  MacPerl might change in
ways we don't know of yet.  We could draft one, but I'd just wait.
