[MacPerl] MacPerl - BigTools?

I am showing a friend how to install MacPerl and I noticed that BigTools
(mentioned in the ReadMe) doesn't seem to be at -

ftp://sunsite.cnlab-switch.ch/software/platform/macos/perl/

Is it not needed?
