Dear Earl of Perl,
at http://hoohoo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/cgi/forms.html, I wanted to download a perl5 library for easier handling of html forms (cgi programming). Unfortunately, I always get "connection erros". Does anybody know another URL where I could get that library?
